Our first issue, I Am Superfriend, centers on the concept of using our eyes to see what our friends like and don't like. We also introduce our energy colors. Green energy represents a "ready to learn" state. Red energy represents the beginning of dysregulation.

Upcoming Issues

Upcoming issues will help teach children strategies for keeping their bodies in the "green" zone - that is the "ready-to-learn" state. Remember... we all enter the "red" zone several times every day. One of our goals is to help you teach the children in your life the strategies that can help them return their bodies to a calm and ready state.
